All new LVL/HD or Browsculpt clients will require a patch test a minimum of 24 hours prior to their appointment
If it has been 6 months or more since you last had LVLs/HD or Browsculpt in the salon, I will require you to carry out a patch test again. This is simply to keep up to date with any changes that may have taken place with your skin within the last 6 months. *LVL/Browsculpt treatment cannot be performed whilst you are pregnant or breast feeding*
The same policy applies to eyebrow and/or eyelash tinting. A patch test must be carried out a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We have recently updated our cancellation policy. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel an appointment that you give us as much notice as possible. If you are cancelling with under 24 hours notice prior to your appointment, we will require a 50% deposit to reschedule this for you.
If you are cancelling with 3 hours or less notice then you will be liable for a 100% charge of the total treatment cost. If you choose not to pay this charge, we will be unable to provide you with any future appointments until the charge has been made. This is simply to protect the time of our therapists.
No Show Policy
Our no show policy consists of a 100% charge of the treatment cost. If you no show your appointment, there will be a charge for the missed appointment. If you choose not to pay this charge, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a future appointment until the charge has been paid. We hope you can understand as we have client's who are waiting on our cancellation list.
Deposit Policy
If you are rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours to your original appointment then we will take a deposit to secure the future appointment. This deposit needs to be paid on the same day as the original appointment to secure the slot otherwise we cannot guarantee the appointment will still be there when you decide to pay your deposit. We will not hold an appointment without a deposit. We take deposits in December due to the high demand, we like to give all our clients a far chance of getting appointments. If you had paid a deposit for an appointment in December but were unable to attend but provided more than 24 hours notice then the deposit can be refunded or carried on for 1 month. However, if you give us less than 24 hours notice then your deposit cannot be refunded or carried forward.
Voucher Policy
If you have been given a voucher then it must be used within 6 months of the date stated on the voucher. An expired voucher will not be honored past its expiry date.
